Public Join-Stock Company Ukrtransnafta is the national operator that provides services on oil transportation by pipelines (system) to the Ukrainian refineries and its transit to the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
PJSC Ukrtransnafta was established pursuant to the resolution of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 23, 2001 № 256 on the basis of State joint stock companies “Oil-trunk pipelines “Druzhba” and “Prydniprovski oil-trunk pipelines” in order to optimize the operation of oil transportation system of Ukraine and implement the consolidated policy in this sphere.
